us. We enjoy watching them as they
grow and learn. Our goal is to give them the very best care
and education in a loving,
Christian environment.
We are here anytime you have concerns or
questions on any of our policies. Please feel
free to get involved with your child's class. We welcome your
support and cooperation.

Classes are designed to be geared towards the
physical and spiritual growth of our children.
We have buses and vans available for the many field trips planned
through-out the school year. If your child attends a local school,
we also provide and arrange to pick up your child after he/she is
dismissed from schools in the area.
General Information:
If there are any
questions concerning the center, please speak to the Director. If
you have any problems, concerns or suggestions concerning your child's
progress, please feel free to talk to your child's teacher. Any
financial or account questions should be directed to the Financial
Administrator.
During the school year, we publish
a monthly newsletter. We utilize this tool to get important information,
including upcoming events out to all of our patrons. Although we
may post reminders about some subjects, it is the responsibility
of the parents to review our newsletters, handbook or speak with
our staff in order to find out pertinent information.
There will be NO smoking in the buildings
or on church grounds outside of your car. The Children's Learning
Center reserves the right to ask you to withdraw your child for
failure to follow the rules set forth in our handbook. The Children's
Learning Center may at any time make changes or additions to policy
that we deem necessary to better the center.
Chewing gum is not permitted in the
school/daycare. No toys allowed (except on show and tell day). While
it is impossible for one document to be comprehensive in covering
every question, we sincerely hope this site or our handbook has
helped answer any questions.

Admissions:
Class size at Miles
Road Children's Learning Center is limited to 12 children in order
to enhance learning opportunities for our students. Pre-enrollment
for the upcoming school year will begin in the spring of each year
and will continue until the maximum class size has been reached.
At that time, a waiting list will be established.
Parents wishing
to enroll their child must fill out an application and submit it
along with the required, non-refundable registration fee and copy
of your child's current shot record. Your child's place in the class
is not guaranteed until both of these have been received.
Children's Learning
Center receives no funding other than tuition and fees. We make
every effort to keep costs for our parents and guardians as low
as possible. In order to meet our financial commitments, it is imperative
that each student's account be current.
CLC reserves the
right to pursue any collection action deemed necessary and within
the guidelines of our ministry and parameters of the law to recoup
delinquent fees.
It is our policy
to issue annual day care statements for tax purposes to all families.
These are mailed no later than January 31st of each year.
Rates:
Registration Fee:
$50.00
Non-refundable and due annually, not later than
August 1st.
Per child (regardless of number of children in family)
Transportation Fee:
$20.00
Due monthly, not later than the 15th of each month.
Per child(regardless of number of children in family) for children
utilizing the daycare provided vans to/from public school only.
Waived during summer Program.
